Solutions for Cisco VPN Client and Windows 7 64 bit.

A few days ago I received four gigabytes of ram for my laptop from work, so take to upgrade my old Windows XP by the Seven who seems to have received good reviews. But the Seven of 32 bit (i386) uses only 3 of the 4 Gigabytes and greed made me try the 64 bit if she recognized and took advantage of all the RAM. Everything was going perfectly until you install the VPN to connect to my work. Cisco VPN Client does not run in 64 bit and it seems that kids have an interest in giving Cisco solution.

But calm is a solution or better solution.

Windows Virtual PC Install a virtual machine with Windows XP for life.

NCP Secure Entry Client software that perfectly replaced Cisco and care about your pcx for your profile.

VPN Client Shrew open source solution that also imports pcx.

Of course if you know the password for the PCX, the security key is not there and it very fact Cisco's algorithm is broken. Here you can find out how.
